Automag 180 D - Auto Mag made a special appearance at the SHOT Show 2022 Industry Dat at the Range via Palmetto State Armory this year. PSA offered Auto Mag a spot on their runway so the company could show off the latest development of the popular .44 Auto Mag rifle. I had the pleasure of talking to Patrick Henry, owner of Auto Mag Ltd., Co, about guns, and he showed me two different guns. After seeing it on display in showrooms for the past six years, I finally got the chance to shoot the gun.
Shooting a 44 Auto Mag rifle has been on my gun bucket list for a long time, and I'm happy to say I finally got around to it. Did you know that the company has worked hard for the past six years to make the Mag gun reliable and safe? In total, more than 50 design changes have been made.

I also read that another version of the Auto Mag Pistol called the Raven Edition has been released. It features a black finish with wood grips that completely contrast with the highly polished chrome finish of the original Auto Mag design. So even though the gun looks and feels the same, it is extremely reliable, very safe, and hundreds or thousands of people can shoot the 44 Auto Mag on a shooting day.
Auto Mag Loads
The gun has a fair amount of sonic recoil, but it doesn't break the wrist. This is due to the unique rotating bolt action that the Auto Mag uses. The Auto Mag pistol should be available to order now, but due to supply chain issues, Henry said in a recent email that the company is currently facing a five- to six-month backlog of both the 6.5-inch and 6.5-inch models. 8.5. at the time of writing, several Raven Edition rifles are available for shipment within the next three months. Additionally, Starline Brass plans to produce a new brass cartridge for the 44 Auto Mag.
